All purchases must be made in US FUNDS only. We cannot accept foreign currencies at this time.
The Pastoral Solutions Institute only replaces product that has been damaged in transit or fails to perform correctly. Replacements are not provided for incorrectly ordered items.
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED SPECIFICALLY TO REPLACE PRODUCT:
- You must first contact us and describe the exact problem with the product.
- You must have your original order number or the name of the person who purchased the item.
- We will give you instructions on re-packaging and shipping the product back to us.
All damaged product will be REPLACED with identical product. Exchanges, refunds, or credits are not given.
REPLACEMENT OF INCORRECT ITEMS
If we accidentally ship incorrect merchandise, please simply let us know of the error WITHIN 30 DAYS of the package’s arrival. We will be happy to immediately correct the error and arrange for the return of the incorrect merchandise that you received. Incorrect articles include cases where:
Wrong Item was delivered.
Wrong Quantity was delivered.
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, but there are times when product is out of stock or backordered. If you provide an email address during the ordering process, we will communicate with you and inform you of this situation if it applies to your order. Most orders are delivered to customers within 2-3 weeks of the date of ordering.
The Pastoral Solutions Institute reserves the right to handle any additional situations not described in this policy on a “case-by-case” basis. We pledge that our service to our customers will be honest, fair, and as responsive as possible.
